New to the U.S. in 2017, Innova Kayaks would like to introduce the Seawave inflatable kayak. The Seawave has previously been sold in Europe, and is currently the most popular inflatable kayak there. Innova predicts that this will be their best-selling kayak for 2017, and they believe that the demand for the Seawave will exceed the supply.
At 14'9" long and 31" wide, the Seawave is long and narrow, but it's more than capable of being zippy while maintaining stability and maneuverability. It's popularity stems from its adaptability and ability to convert from an open, sit on top kayak to a one or two person sit inside kayak. This is easily done by adding and changing the removable decks. These decks are not included with the Seawave, but we have the 1 person deck here, and the 2 person deck here! Another option for the Seawave is a foot operated rudder. This rudder is of the highest engineering, and is constructed to challenge high winds and keep the Seawave tracking. We also have the Seawave foot rudder available for purchase, right here! Pictures of both deck covers and the foot rudder below!
The Seawave includes a 100 L. dry transport backpack - which the boat will easily roll up into - a repair kit (includes adapter), and a sponge

Founded over 20 years ago, Innova Kayaks is the North American distributor of popular European inflatable kayaks, manufactured by Gumotex in the Czech Republic. Since then, Innova has sold flat water and moderate whitewater inflatable boats.
Material
Unlike many other inflatables, Innova Kayaks’ boats are made from rubber – not PVC. This rubber material, Nitrylon™, is a lamination of nitrile synthetic rubber and natural rubber over a 1,200-denier, low stretch polyester fabric. Nitrylon™ is very puncture and abrasion resistant, and considerably stronger and better performing than PVC. This same material is actually used in high-end, Zodiac-Type tenders and high-end whitewater rafts. Each Innova boat has 3 main air chambers, plus other small ones for seats, decks, etc. These air chambers inflate to an industry-leading 3 psi, compared to the 2 psi capacity of most inflatable kayaks.
Green
Green is one way to describe Innova Kayaks. PVC gives off dioxins into the environment. Not only is Nitrylon™ stronger and better performing than PVC, but it is also very eco-friendly. It can easily be recycled, and in 2010, Innova started the first inflatable kayak and canoe recycling program.
Convenience & Portability
In this day and age, people are traveling and moving around more than ever before in history. Convenience is becoming less of a luxury and more of a necessity. Innova’s boats fully inflate in just minutes, and when you’re done, they fold up small enough to fit into a bag the size of a small duffle bag. They are lightweight, very easy to carry and transport, and can be stored in tight places – even in an airplane as carry-on.
Awards & Recognition
Over the years, Innova Kayaks has been the recipient of many awards, endorsements, and features in the boat and boat fishing industries. The quality, convenience, and track record of Innova Kayaks proves that they have THE boats you want to own.
I ordered this 3 weeks ago and it was shipped promptly. Today I got to use it for the maiden voyage. Being used to using an Eddtline Whisper double kayak I wondered how stable the inflatable would be. My fears were unfounded. Super stable and heavy enough to pack a week or more cmping gear, its perfect for my neck of the woods. I ordered the optional rudder and the two person deck. I was very impressed with the workmanship in th ekayak and the rudder, and how easy it was to set up. I was also impressed with how easy it was to inflate, although I did have some problemswith the hadn pump. I bought the Advanced Elements dual action pump and the inflation connecto was so loose air would simply escape and it would keep coming disconnected. I managed to fix thw problem by fitting a 1 inch garden hose washer over the end on top of the other washer. Perhaps I should have bought the Innova pump? Howver that was a minor issue and overall I am extremely happy with the Seawave kayak and with the service from Kayakcreek..

I did the duct tape on the bail holes as manufacturer suggested for calm waters. This thing is awesome! I got it second hand and wishbthey still made out so I could buy more.
I received my Point65 Mojito kayak today. It arrived in good condition.
I was most surprised and PLEASED with the color. I ordered “yellow” vs. “red”, the two choices offered. My kayak is definitely NOT YELLOW. It is a paler creamy orange, with almost a hint of fluorescent to it. It LOOKS GREAT. To my eye, this color is much better than red or yellow. Had this been a color choice, I would have picked it. I point this out because someone with their heart set on a true yellow might be disappointed.
this was the perfect solution for my perception hook angler, not the greatest kayak in terms of having options for mounting gear tracks or fish finders but this made a very simple solution for just about all of my needs. had a slight machining defect in one of the lock n load slots but it's not a huge deal for me to not use that one.
After some questions about whether it was the correct size, I was told to use silicone spray to enable easy placement of the hatch cover. It works great! Such a quick turn around from order to delivery. And great communication with Kayak about my problems with getting the hatch cover on my boat.
Onve in awhile, you get great servuce backed by good people, who see tmyour order through and who give it a personal touch. Matt was helpful and kind and the products and service are wonderful. I love my kayak! Thank you, Kayak Creek, for being honest and so helpful. The photo is of my boyfriend on Thermalito Afterbay in his NuCanoe.
Great company to deal with. Matt worked hard to work out the details of getting me a canoe to me while I was on the road.
He arranged for me to pick my Frontier 12 in Denver, then when the manufacturer couldn’t fulfill my paddle order, he found a paddle for me through a competitor and arranged for it to be delivered to my next destination.
Then...... when I decided to purchase a casting bar Matt again worked out the details of getting it to me while I was still traveling.
His service was definitely above and beyond what one normally gets from even companies that offer great service.
Thanks for all your hard work Matt! You helped make an incredible fishing summer!
