The NuCanoe Flint is a high-end, feature-rich kayak at at mid-range price. It was designed from the hull up to integrate the features anglers need and preserve plenty of deck space. 

Standing apart from the crowd, the Flint boasts features found in no other kayak – the patent-pending Side Handle + Paddle Holder and Hawg Trough Channel.  Thoughtful design elements are found throughout the Flint, including the 4 flush rod holders at offset angles, the side gunwale tackle pockets, and 5 Freedom Tracks in strategic locations.

Nucanoe Flint Purchase with Kayak Creek

Would like to offer a honest review of my kayak purchasing experience with Kayak Creek (KC).

First consideration you need to make, is whether you’re prepared to wait out the fulfillment period for Nucanoe . KC doesn’t hold stock organically, however is an authorized dealer. Understand this going in, there’s going to be a waiting period and you’re golden.

In relation to waiting period and order updates, I feel this process could be improved. However, with that said, Michelle with KC was always pleasant and responsive to my inquiries.

They (Michelle and Matt) were always proactive to addressing any concerns or questions, I never felt neglected or ignored. It just feels the overall process could benefit with additional transparency.

The overall process from cradle to grave was relatively painless, ultimately ending with me receiving the exact product I was expecting in perfect condition.

So as long as you’re capable of demonstrating patience, prepared to potentially wait a bit for your kayak to be prepared by Nucanoe and their chosen roto-molding partner, and understanding that Michelle is providing you the updates available to her, purchasing a kayak from KC will be a perfect fit.

Matt and Michelle do their best to ensure you’re a satisfied customer.

Gorgeous color

I received my Point65 Mojito kayak today. It arrived in good condition.

I was most surprised and PLEASED with the color. I ordered “yellow” vs. “red”, the two choices offered. My kayak is definitely NOT YELLOW. It is a paler creamy orange, with almost a hint of fluorescent to it. It LOOKS GREAT. To my eye, this color is much better than red or yellow. Had this been a color choice, I would have picked it. I point this out because someone with their heart set on a true yellow might be disappointed.

Thanks for a good purchase experience.

Bracket installs easily with a single bolt. Im using it with a 55lb thrust troll motor and so far it holds up well at full power. No complaints

great option!

this was the perfect solution for my perception hook angler, not the greatest kayak in terms of having options for mounting gear tracks or fish finders but this made a very simple solution for just about all of my needs. had a slight machining defect in one of the lock n load slots but it's not a huge deal for me to not use that one.

After some questions about whether it was the correct size, I was told to use silicone spray to enable easy placement of the hatch cover. It works great! Such a quick turn around from order to delivery. And great communication with Kayak about my problems with getting the hatch cover on my boat.

Well made, works great!

I have had this kayak for almost 20 years. Bought before Innova owned the company! It has been durable & fun. With the tracking fin it does great on even large lakes, Table Rock & Rend Lakes. Light weight so I can pack it into smaller bodies of water, strip pits, ponds, & creeks. Great on Ozark streams & rivers. Comfortable & handles choppy waters well! Just don’t over inflate & keep out of the sun when not on the water!

Great company to deal with. Matt worked hard to work out the details of getting me a canoe to me while I was on the road.

He arranged for me to pick my Frontier 12 in Denver, then when the manufacturer couldn’t fulfill my paddle order, he found a paddle for me through a competitor and arranged for it to be delivered to my next destination.

Then...... when I decided to purchase a casting bar Matt again worked out the details of getting it to me while I was still traveling.

His service was definitely above and beyond what one normally gets from even companies that offer great service.

Thanks for all your hard work Matt! You helped make an incredible fishing summer!
