Onve in awhile, you get great servuce backed by good people, who see tmyour order through and who give it a personal touch. Matt was helpful and kind and the products and service are wonderful. Great company to deal with. Matt worked hard to work out the details of getting me a canoe to me while I was on the road.

He arranged for me to pick my Frontier 12 in Denver, then when the manufacturer couldn’t fulfill my paddle order, he found a paddle for me through a competitor and arranged for it to be delivered to my next destination.

Then...... when I decided to purchase a casting bar Matt again worked out the details of getting it to me while I was still traveling.

His service was definitely above and beyond what one normally gets from even companies that offer great service.

Owned many kayaks and the Flint is the most comfortable and customizable out there. If you fish or hunt this is the kayak for you.

Huge shout out to Matt! I was shopping around and looking to purchase my first kayak. I had very specific needs and a lot of questions as a newbie.

Making a big investment without seeing the product was a big leap for me but working Matt helped me through this process (before and even after the purchase!)

I did a lot of research on inflatable kayaks. Wanted quality and was willing to pay more for it. Materials was a significant factor. Once I decided on the kayak, ordering from KayakCreek was a most comfortable experience. I am a novice kayaker and my husband is an open water swimmer. We wanted a kayak that we could fit in the back of our Mazda CX-5. This was a big purchase for me, so I wanted to get just the right kayak for us. I e-mailed Matt back and forth several times; he recommended the Point 65 Martini GTX, and we are so happy with our purchase! When the kayak arrived, I couldn’t find one of the dry storage covers, so I contacted Matt, who offered to ship a replacement piece immediately. (I subsequently found the missing piece in the hull!) I didn’t think I would use the rudder feature on the kayak, but it proved very useful handling the boat while accompanying by husband on recent five-mike swim. Very satisfied with the purchase and excellent all-around customer service!

Matt kicks ass. He has all kinds of patience for stupid questions and hooked us up with exactly the right outfit. He went above and beyond the norms of customer service and even coughed up free shipping to cover a logistical error that wasn't even remotely his fault. Buy your boat from this guy.

Matt was great in helping to round out our project. We had a solo Mercury and needed to convert to a tandem. Matt was just about the only one out there that could work with us to get the mid section without crazy add-on costs. We needed paddles as well and Matt steered us to the Aqua-Bound Sting-Ray Hybrids. A perfect fit for us! A little time online with Q&A and Matt had us heading in the right direction. I would firmly recommend, and have done so, Matt and Kayak Creek for your kayaking needs. Now that spring is upon us in middle America, we are itching to get the kayak in the water. I'll send Matt some pics when we get "feet wet"!

Bought Point 65 Martini GTX from Kayak Creek, Matt was extremely helpful and responsive. I think his price was the same as Amazon, his shipping and handling was $60. Amazon's was $300. Do the math and I'm sure you'll buy from Kayak Creek!

Matt was extremely patient in helping me choose a kayak. With his help, I selected a Point 65 Martini modular kayak. It actually fits together and comes apart exactly the way it does on the videos I watched. As someone who works in the service industry and understands the importance of relationship management with customers, I can confidently say Matt absolutely CRUSHED it when it came to showing a genuine concern for my satisfaction. Matt didn't blow smoke at me - he answered all my questions, but if he wasn't 100% sure, he would call the manufacturer to ensure he was giving me accurate information. This is becoming more rare these days and when I am ready to buy again - it will be from Matt and Kayak Creek!

He contacted the kayak manufacturer on numerous occasions to get clarifications for my inquiries. If you want to buy a kayak, Matt is the guy you want. Look no further. His customer service is exceptional. If you are a fishing enthusiast like myself, consider the Malibu Stealth series. They are light weight, wide, stable, extremely tough and outfitted for fisherman. I personally like the Stealth 9 for fishing flats, rivers and lakes. If you are a big water or bay fisherman, consider the Stealth 12 or 14. Tight lines...
